WHAT IS MISS STAR INTERNET? 

Miss Star Internet is an Internet-based competition open to all countries around the world. Many possible contestants are camera-shy, others are busy studying to make their mark in the world and the rest are working hard at their careers and cannot afford the time to attend a competition. 

This competition will afford all the beautiful women around the world an opportunity to participate in a competition without having to face judges, other contestants or attend gruelling practice sessions. 

Each country will be allowed to enter a maximum of 9 contestants, each representing a major city or province in their country. 

An overall winner will be chosen for each country, as well as a winner to represent the following continents/regions competing for the overall title of Miss Star Internet:  North America, South America, Africa, Europe, Asia, Australasia and the Far East. 

Simply put, Miss Star Internet will be the peoples’ choice.

Crown, sash, official certificate, a gorgeous evening gown and an opportunity to travel etc. Also, automatic entry into the first Miss Star pageant.

All Contestants:

An official Miss Star certificate, as well as CASH. 20% of the proceeds from the revenue generated from the Internet voting will be divided equally between all the delegates.

RULES

To qualify, contestants must:

• Be at least 17 and under 27 years of age by the 31^st December 2006.
  
  
• Be a natural born female, unmarried and never given birth to a child.
• Be prepared to travel, if necessary, if crowned the queen.
• Be willing to email FOUR photographs (i.e. head shot, swimsuit, evening gown and casual wear) of excellent quality to Mr K Chung at this address internetpageant@missstar.org
• Submit a 5 minute video/DVD of you in national costume, evening wear, swimsuit and casual wear promoting yourself and your country (a ‘Vote for Me’ video/DVD. This will be broadcast on several television stations around the world, as well as on the Internet.
• Post your ‘Vote for Me’ video/DVD, as well as your original photographs to:

• Be prepared to encourage family and friends to vote for you via telephone, SMS or Internet. (The more votes you receive, the better your chances of winning, as well as the amount of cash you will receive at the end of the competition).
